ALL4ONE RACING IN FLEET IN LOUIS VUITTON TROPHY - DUBAI

ALL4ONE READY FOR THE SEMI FINALS OF THE LOUIS VUITTON TROPHY – DUBAI

Dubai, UAE - 2010-11-25

The racing format was a bit different today in Dubai, as the six teams competing in the Louis Vuitton Trophy sailed in three fleet races on the four ACC boats. ALL4ONE finished second overall, after a 3rd place on the first race, and a win in the second one.
Today’s ranking is independent from the rest of the competition.
Coming up tomorrow: Louis Vuitton Trophy – Dubai’s semi finals!
ALL4ONE will race against BMW Oracle Racing. The first team winning two points will take a spot to race in the final.

John Cutler, Tactician: « it was light and shifty today, and we managed to get a 3rd and a 1st place, so we’re happy with what we achieved, as it was good to get another couple of races done in really light conditions. Even if fleet race and match racing are different, we will be better prepared tomorrow for the semis, as the conditions should be similar. »

Olivier Douillard, Traveller: « The team feels well. Everything will be decided tomorrow. It will be very fast; we will have to be very focused, in order to take the right decision at the right moment on the start line. The wind conditions are the lightest we’ve met since we’re here. The lighter the wind is, the more anything can happen. So everything will be possible.»
